Returns

If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you may subsequently return it (in unopened, original packaging) for a refund. Any cost to return the product for refund will be borne by you.

 

Repair, Replace, Refund

Nuevo Group P/L trading as Nuevo Cosmetic is bound by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The Act provides for certain circumstances under which you may be entitled to a replacement or refund

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order prior to shipping from our warehouse. Any payments made will be refunded in full. You will need to contact us within 1 hour of the order being placed to cancel your order. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse the order may not be cancelled.
