How to order
1. To find the items you want, use the Search box on the
upper-right of every page on our online shopping cart. For a
more detailed search, click the Advanced Search button from
the horizontal menu. Each time you find an item you want to
purchase, click the Add button just below the price at the
right. The amount of purchase items will be shown on the upper
right of the page. The content section will be shown every
time you add an item to the cart and you can type in the
amount of that item you want to buy as long as they are
avialable in stock. You may also click on buttons of the left
hand side menu to find items that are stored in categories. If
there are sub categories they will also be shown hierachically
in the content section of the page.
2. When you have finished adding your selections to your
Shopping Cart, click the Update button below the contents of
your cart; these are the items that will be ordered when you
check out.
3. When you're ready, click the Checkout button at the
bottom of the Shopping Cart page. You will be directed to the
Check Out page.
4. If this is your first order with us, click on New Customer
button and enter your details in 4 easy steps on the shown
page. An 8 to 12 alpha-numeric character password of your
choice should be entered into the appropriate fields. Click
the Next button to submit your password and go to the next
page.
5. If you're a returning customer, enter your e-mail
address and password in the Existing Customer button. If
you've forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Your
Password link. You will be asked for the e-mail address on
your account so that we may send you your password.
6. Fill in your billing address in the fields provided. We are
not accepting credit card billing at this stage. Then fill in
your shipping address. This is the address where you want us
to send your order; it does not have to be the same as your
billing address. Click the Continue button to go to the next
page.
7. Verify all of your information. If you need to make
changes, click on the appropriate "change" button to update
billing, shipping, or payment information. If you've changed
your mind about a purchase, click the title of the item you
wish to remove. You will then be presented with the option to
click the Remove From Cart button, and then with the
opportunity to review your remaining purchase, before
continuing to check out once more. Please note that we cannot
cancel an order once you click the Place Order button.
8. Once all of the details of your order are correct and
you are ready to place your order, click the Place Order
button at the top or or at the bottom of the page.
Please do not close or refresh your browser until your order
number appears on the screen. You're done! You'll receive
e-mail confirmation that your order was placed within an hour.
